Rumah Palagan Yogyakarta

Rumah Palagan Yogyakarta

Rumah is actually a term for guesthouse but this wasn’t anything like one. You would never have imagined that such a beautiful and tranquil place was on the little road amidst food stalls, local houses and rice fields. Rumah palagan is located in the comfortable and cool place near luxurious settlements or merapi view, in the northern part of Yogyakarta. Though it’s not exactly located near the city center, but the attraction sites near this hotel is also amusing. To mention a few, Rumah Palagan is not so far from Jogja Kembali Monument (The Monument for reminisce about Yogyakarta people to defend the country). The distance to the two Hindhi heritage Temples of Borubudur and Prambanan is not too far also.

Rumah Palagan brings the patriotism nuance in the interior decoration. Tens of Indonesia typical photographs are displayed on the room’s wall. Some ornaments of Javanese and Balinese also decorate the hotel’s lobby and beautiful garden is in front of all rooms. The building is very aesthetic with its modern Javanese look and feel that gives it that unique local character.

The facilities and services the hotel offers is a great value for the price. The friendly and polite staffs are very helpful and have fast response to serve their guests. The hotel, on the other hand, has a value which is ten times worth what they charge. With  14 clean and spacious rooms to offer, complete with AC, television, and modern bathroom, this hotel shows how to live comfortable with low budget. The free hot spot, large pool and various breakfast dishes to choose from, it adds up to the already convenient facilities this hotel offers.

This place is recommended for guests seeking a cozy, quite and fairly new place with a somewhat village atmosphere.
